Review content:
If you are looking for a primary care physican's group that largely gets in right, Family Practice Associates is the real deal. Robert Taylor, MD and his many associates are the best physician's in the area. Patients come first; themany rigors of insurance are handled by the competent staff. Waiting room time can beproblematic; bring a book.
Dr. Taylor himself, is competent and caring. He provides a high level of care with compassion. The family care emphasis helps patientes to put their illnesses in perspective.
On the negative side, scheduling an appointment, particularly with Doctors Taylor, Heyman, or Lee can be difficult for acute care. Generally, however, one can see a partner within a day or two or reach the doctor by telephone.
A newly established voice mail, automated system is a vast improvement and will lead to higher satisfaction, I'm sure.
Pros: competent, caring, intelligent and warm
Cons: appointment schedulin, busy office staff, parking
