Businiess name:  CrossFit Body Construction

Review content:
I began training with Roy, the owner and lead trainer at Body Construction, in March 2007. I have lost 20+ pounds in 90 days and 4 inches off my waist. After my first workout, I thought I was going to die. But, I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. \r \r The place is great. Nice small gym feel with personalized instruction and really nice staff. After a while it begins to feel like ""Cheers"" and you begin to have a new ""family"" of trainers who really do care about how you'e doing. \r \r More importantly, I have begun a new journey to a much more healthy lifestyle and my body looks the best it has since I was in my 20's. As a busy entreprenuer who works 60+ hours per week, I can go to Body Construction at lunch 3 times a week and know that Roy is going to kick my butt enough to make a difference - time well spent. Roy, himself , is an inspiration. \r \r Anyone who is seriously looking to get in shape (and not be a baby about it), should try Body Construction. \r You won't be disappointed.\r \r G. Murtagh Pros: Great trainers Family feel Great results Cons: Absolutely NONE!!!
