I saw Dr Jeff for a one time small procedure a few weeks ago, took about 5 minutes. While in the room, I don't think he said more than 10 words to me. He barely said hello when he came in, and just told me to lay down. Then without any warning or explanation of what was to happen, he stuck me with the numbing needle and finished the job. In all it took less than 5 minutes and the only thing he did the entire time was have a completely unrelated conversation with the nurse about a mutual friend of theirs, as though I wasn't even in the room. When he was done he took off his gloves and basically walked out the door with no word of what I should expect for healing, follow up, etc. I had to ask the nurse all the questions I would have thought it to be his job to explain. The best I can say is the procedure was fast and I'm sure he did a fine job, but I walked out of there just kind of like ""what the hell"". I'd been to the office once before and saw a PA there who was great, very nice and accommodating. I'd say if you can get away with seeing a PA then they have people there who are good, but if you need to see a dermatologist regularly, he is not one I would recommend. I ditto what the other reviewer said, he seemed bored with his job, and he could not care less at taking the time to explain what was going to happen during the procedure, and what the next few days would be like. No compassion, no interest in his patients as people, like he would have rather been a million other places than there. Pros: They got me in quick and the procedure was done fast Cons: Horrible Bedside Manner, no compassion
