I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE IMAGINED THAT I WOULD BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IN THIS WAY. WHEN I MOVED INTO THIS PLACE NOVEMBER 2010, I THOUGHT I HAD FOUND A NICE PLACE TO STAY. THE PRICE FOR RENT WAS UNUSUALLY REASONABLE AND THE STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS.....HAD I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS PLACE ONLINE I WOULD HAVE NEVER MOVED HERE. IN THE WINTER, MY ELECTRIC BILL WAS NEVER UNDER $350. NOW THAT IT IS SUMMER, MY ELECTRIC BILL IS NEVER UNDER $200. THE WATER BILL STARTED OUT AT AROUND $40 AND SINCE HAD TAKEN A COMPLETE MOUNTAIN CLIMB TO ABOUT $100. MY WINDOW IN THE MAIN BEDROOM LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN VICTIM TO AN ATTEMPTED BREAK IN ONE DAY WHEN I CAME HOME. IT WAS ACTUALLY MESSED UP TO WHERE IT WASN'T ATTACHED ON TOP. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY SENT THE MAINTENANCE GUY OUT AND HE PUT A SCREW IN IT AND TOLD ME HE HAD FIXED IT. THEN THE DISHWASHER CAME APART FROM THE COUNTERTOP...THEY PUT A SCREW IN IT. MY HEAT DIDN'T WORK WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN THEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WOULDN'T WORK AND THEY HAD TO DISCONNECT MY HEAT TO GET MY AIRCONDITIONER TO WORK. AND WHEN IT GOT COLD FOR THAT SHORT SPAN....I HAD NO HEAT. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO COME OUT AND REPAIR ANYTHING. CHILDREN ARE GETTING SHOT IN THE PARKING LOT. THERE ARE SPIDERS AND ANTS EVERYWHERE IN MY APARTMENT. THEY ARE BITING MY ALMOST 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. I CALL CONSTANTLY TO HAVE THEM SPRAY AND THEY TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO CALL BACK ON A MONDAY TO GET PUT ON THE LIST FOR THAT FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. IF NOT, I CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING DONE. THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE OR SANITARY AT ALL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU...THEY JUST WANT THEIR MONEY AND WILL COME UP WITH ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES TO GET IT. I THINK WE SHOULD GET A PETITION TOGETHER AND CALL THE NEWS INVESTIGATORS TO COME OUT AND REALLY GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS MADNESS!! AS SOON AS I AM ABLE TO SAVE SOME MONEY AFTER BEING SCREWED BY THESE PEOPLE...MY FAMILY AND I ARE OUTTA HERE! \r
