Review content:
This was the worst experience in my life, given wrong medication and an extremely high doseage of an addictive medicine after only spending less than two minutes with Dr. Kurth. Called to tell of horirfic side-effects and was treated with no regard to my health over the phone by his nurse Marry and when i asked if i could talk to the doctor she said no and hung up on me. Avoid this Place; what a nightmare!
