I RECENTLY CHANGED PEDIATRICIANS. I USED TO BE A PATIENT A VALENCIA PEDIATRICS, BUT AFTER RECEIVING HORRIBLE ADVISE FROM ONE OF THEIR NURSES I WENT FOR A 2ND OPINION AT PRIMA HELATHCARE PEDIATRICS. I HAVE TO TELL YOU...FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED THE FACILITY I KNEW THAT I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COMPASIONATE AND UNDERSTOOD THE CONCERN I HAD FOR MY CHILD. ONCE I ARRIVED I HAD 2 NURSES BRING US BACK SO QUICKLY AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO EVALUATE HER. THEY GOT THE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF THE CONCERN THEY WERE HAVING WITH HER BREATHING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN 2 MA'S WORK SO HARD AND PUT SO MUCH HEART INTO THEIR JOB. I FELT AS IF I WAS BEING TREATED BY A RN. DR. FELDMAN WAS SO QUICK TO EVALUATE AND TREAT HER. I AM SO GLAD THAT I FOUND THIS OFFICE. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILD ANYWHERE ELSE. BY THE END OF MY VISIT MY DAUGHTER WAS BREATHING BETTER, FEELING BETTER AND EVEN SMILING. DR. FELDMAN AND HER STAFF CALLED LATER THAT DAY TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS STILL DOING WELL. SINCE IT WAS GOING INTO THE WEEKEND DR. FELDMAN MADE SURE I HAD HER E-MAIL ADDRESS AND CELL PHONE NUMBER JUST IN CASE I HAD ANY CONCERNS. IF YOU HAVE NOT YET BEEN TO THIS WONDERFUL FACILITY I SUGGEST YOU CALL AND MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR CHILD ASAP. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. THANK YOU SO MUCH PRIMA PEDIATRICS...I LOVE YOU!!!
