Review content:
I was hospitalized for kidney problems for several weeks, and Dr. Moritz was my doctor. His bedside manner was appalling. He was often grumpy, humorless and seemed distracted -- as if he would rather be somewhere else. When I expressed concern about discomfort during a procedure, he actually scoffed at me, telling me ""I did this procedure on a 28-year-old woman yesterday and SHE didn't need any pain medication."" He seems to be well-educated and fully qualified, but Dr. Moritz was probably the worst doctor I have ever dealt with, in terms of attitude and bedside manner. Which, when dealing with a doctor, can be just as important. Pros: Seems qualified and knowledgable. Cons: Extremely poor bedside manner and attitude.
