Terrible, poor, window tinting job. They must have gotten a new window tint guy, I have had 3 vehicles tinted there but this time around the tinting was a very poor quality job. I had my car tinted there in March, when I picked it up, there was so much water still under the tinting that it wrinkled (fingers) and then I also noticed the back glass had TONS of lint and debris in it. I understand some water being dripped into the car during the process, but when I got inside the water had actually discolored the arm rests and had pooled down into the door pocket! The worst part was that he actually cut the rear window tint too large around the back defrost unit, so he PATCHED (I kid you not) about a quarter sized piece back onto the tint! Another sow of poor craftsmanship was how he took the tint to just the TOP of the bottom window trim, he did not tuck the trim, so the tint actually rides on top of the trim and it gets scraped under every time you roll your window up and down. This actually caused the drivers's side window to peel at the beginning of May. I took it back (it comes with a lifetime warranty thank goodness) and they re-tinted the driver's side. I had expressed my displeasure at the shoddyness of the original job, and told them that I did not like how the tint just goes to the trim, not under it (almost EVERY place tints windows in the ""tucked-trim fashion"") and he said they would not re-tint the passenger's side until it starts peeling too. The guy I spoke to even AGREED that it was a shoddy job! I plan on keeping this car for a very long time, and I trusted them to do a quality job for the money paid (no discounts, not cheap, thought for the price, I would get top notch tinting, but not so) SO bottom line, do not take your vehicle there unless you want headache and poor craftsmanship
Pros: they use Llumar film...that's about it.
Cons: see the cons below
