I would like to say congratulations on the new name Direct Homes & Management Inc, formerly known as TriMax Properties. I have rented a property in Aurora, CO since May 1999. My history with this company has been outstanding. Their Management is very efficient. All work order calls are dealt with immediately. This is the first property management that I have ever dealt with that makes me feel comfortable as if I was living in my own home. I would highly recommend Direct Homes & Management to anyone who is looking for property management. Dave & Nancy are excellent in communicating & informing their tenants & owners of situations involving the home your renting. I hope to continue to stay with them many more years as they have done a outstanding job for me
