Review content:
I am new to the area and walked in for a hair cut. I do not know if the girl was new but the haircut I received was not what I asked for. When I asked for a refund I was told no. The last time I checked, the customer was always right. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and I left in tears. I had to go across the street and pay another $65 to get the haircut corrected. The person who fixed it said it was quite a challenge. I cannot believe that this how people plan on keeping and growing businesses these days. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have read that they do good color, that may be the case, but don't let them cut your hair.
Pros: Across from Wholefoods
Cons: Lack of Cusomer Service
