There is no worse feeling as a parent than seeing your child hurt, bleeding, and in pain , but that was us 2 months ago when our 3 year old fell at a trip to grandmas house. I was terrified as i saw my daughters mouth not only bleeding but he teeth shifted up and inward. It was 10 pm(waaaay past bedtime) and i called the office, and left a message. Within 5 minutes i had not only 1 but 2 missed calls from Dr. Downey. He told us to come in (it was a weekend and afterhours) he was so patient, calming, my husband and i said he treated her as if she was his own child in the chair. He even giggled along as my daughter ""tooted,"" over and over throughout the entire check. When we left close to midnight, my little one was puffy, and sore, but smiling. We got a call from the office checking up on her and to check her teeth in two weeks, no charge. This time our little one was thrilled, to go back and see him again. The Doctors at Dentistry for Children treat their patients little toddler or teen, like they are their own. They continue to amaze me, and we are so thankful for a good family business, that cares for your little ones.
