I have been to many vets in Chicago, NYC and Ohio. Hands down, Urban Vetrinary Care is the absolute best. I was in school when one of my cats became diabetic. Not only was he diagnosed (another vet said he was fine) but he was treated and his life extended by many months from a near death condition. During his illness and after his death the doctors and staff were more than kind. They allowed me to pay my large - but very reasonable - ongoing vet bill over time (again I was a student with little money). They also never refused to see my beloved cat because I could not pay at the time. Thank you Urban Vet, you show that vet medicine is not all big business and $$$ centered corporate number crunching. Bless you Drs Hatfield and Besner!
