Review content:
While visiting Marquette on Jan 15, 2012, two of us went into the empty Candleman shop at the Westwood Plaza to buy a gift for a friend. We didn't notice anyone working the sales floor or any customers in the store. Eventually, the business owner came out from the back room and asked if we needed any help. We responded with ""No Thank You."" He immediately responded by cussing and insulting us for being in his store and not purchasing any merchandise. He turned around and walked back into the back room as we could still hear him cussing. We were not only stunned by his behavior but also by his language. We could still hear him grumbling in the back room talking to himself. He's obviously not a happy business owner and his store certainly reflects this by his lack of customer service and awareness. We predict the longevity of this store is short. Too bad that Marquette is represented by business people like this. This is one reason people go elsewhere to shop like Green Bay or Traverse City.
