I was incredibly disappointed with the service we received from Claffey and Rota. The staff was very insensitive and transactional. Not once did we receive any compassion from them. The cosmetic work they did was poor and there was very little respect shown to us. Perhaps, more disturbingly, we later found out (as we had another funeral home involved) that the level of care that my father's body received there was substandard. We were fortunate that he was being buried outside of California and had another funeral home involved so that the egregious errors that were made could be fixed. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone and would rather say RUN!
