* REAL CUSTOMER REVIEW *\r
\r
Don't be tricked by the good reviews on this website like I was. \r
\r
I won't try to convince you that they are bad; I will just tell you what happened, and let you the consumer decide.\r
\r
I brought my car into the shop to have some oil leaks sealed. I thought that the price was amazing, and hey what's the worst that could happen?\r
\r
The FIRST TIME I came to pick it up my car, it had been turned from a smooth ride into a lawnmower (metaphorically speaking).\r
\r
I was devastated because the shops owner had told me how great their star mechanic was. I was also confused because earlier that day the owner called, and told me the car was ready.\r
\r
I'm no expert mechanic but anyone who thought this car was ready should have their license revoked. The car rumbled, shook, and shifted funny. Please keep in my mind none of these things happened before this shop touched it.\r
\r
I called the manager who said that they would take another look at it. I was so upset because my car was ruined. I left the car with them, and prayed that the car would be better the next time.\r
\r
The SECOND TIME I came up there the car didn't raddle anymore but now my steering wheel was loose, and shook from side to side. I don't have to tell you how dangerous driving with a broken steering wheel is. I called the manager and insisted that the steering wheel be fixed because why should I have to deal with that if I didn't do it. \r
\r
The following morning I checked under the car and noticed that after $900.00 ($876.00 to be exact) I still had a leak under my car (a puddle to be exact).\r
\r
I took the car in that day and left it with them.\r
\r
About a week and a half had passed by this time; and needless to say this was slowly turning into a nightmare because i was out of almost $900.00 and had no car. My daughter missed a week of school, and I had to drive my girl's car.\r
\r
The THIRD TIME they told me the car was finished it shook, raddled, and drove like a lawnmower again. I asked the manager to come out so that he could witness it for himself; after all I was getting the feeling that they were about ready to start blaming me for their shortcomings. They offered to keep the car over night, so I agreed that that would be the best idea.\r
\r
I finally picked it up today AFTER FOUR TIMES, and you guessed it the car cut off on me while driving, even after driving better earlier. I called the OWNER and he said, "" If you buy the parts I will put them on, but I can't do anything else with the vehicle because I've put over $300.00 into it."" \r
\r
I then told said,"" So what your saying is that you won't fix the issue.""\r
\r
He said, "" That's what I'm saying.""\r
\r
I didn't mention this but the part he wanted me to pay for was broken by one of his mechanics. I am currently gathering evidence so that I can take the matter to court.\r
\r
Here is a list of things broken during the multiple fixes:\r
\r
1. My spark plug cover is broken (Someone just pulled it off basically.)\r
\r
2. The ring that goes around my ignition is gone.\r
\r
3. My air intake was broken, and taped back together.\r
\r
4. Some car parts are missing from my trunk. \r
\r
In conclusion, it took them a total of two weeks to fix the car, and even then the car cut off so I don't now what to say at this point.\r
