I first encountered the Yuppy Puppy during Ellicott City's Pet Days. The store was hosting the event, and I happened to have my dog with me, so we signed her up.\r

I've been back several times since then. The owner is a friendly woman who greets her regulars (and their pets) by name, and is very knowledgeable about pet care in general. The boutique is very clean and carries a lot of fun items. A few things are overpriced, but I've come to expect that from a pet boutique... if you have the money to be shopping for cute collars and clothes for your dog, you can probably afford it. :)
