I had an air conditioning unit go out, and found Service Legends in the phone book. It was late in the day when I called, and they had someone out the very next morning. They were able to diagnose the problem, and walked me through the whole process of exactly what had gone wrong, showing and describing everything along the way. They then explained my options--in terms of performing repairs versus replacing the unit, and the various choices therein--and by the end of the day we had reached a satisfactory solution.
The technicians with Service Legends were very prompt and courteous, professional and helpful. I felt comfortable working with them, and having them in my home. They didn't leave that day until I was completely satisfied, with all my questions answered and with me feeling at ease with what they were going to do.
I made the mistake of calling another heating and air company before getting in touch with Service Legends, and had a bad experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to them first. They will take care of everything, and you won't be disappointed.
