From my first phone conversation with Mark Casey, I knew my experience with Service Legends was going to be an interesting one. However, never in my wildest dreams did I imagine how happy I'd be investing $15,000 with Service Legends' amazing team. I'm a marketing guy; I help my clients do a better job of living their brands so they can maximize their revenue streams. And I tell them all the time, "Your brand is the experience your customers have every time they interact with you." So it doesn't surprise anyone who knows me to find out that I bring an overly healthy skepticism to my major purchase decisions. If I'm going to make a major investment in something, I expect a great deal in terms of attention, professional insight, honesty, authenticity, and integrity from whomever's trying to sell it to me. EVERY interaction I have had with the Service Legends crew has been nothing short of outstanding. Really...case study material for any business who wants to see how service is done right.
