Review content:
Service Legends is just beyond excellent. We had a furnace and an air conditioner put in, and they covered every detail. The reason I think they were beyond excellent is their integrity as a company. They guarantee that if you are unhappy for any reason, they will deal with you. If you're not happy, it's free. I would never have those expectations of anyone, but that just shows how they stand behind their work.
Every one of their employees is just excellent. They are all very mannerly, and I never hear them say anything derogatory. They explain everything that they're going to do, right down to the last detail, even before coming in. They also give you plenty of time to make your decision, and they don't pressure you at all.
Again, the primary thing for me was their integrity. They stand behind their work. Every employee matches the integrity of the owner. They do not hire employees that are second class: everyone meets their expectations. If nothing else, they are strong in their willingness to learn and uphold ethical values, and that means a lot to me. I knew they were not going to lie to me, and that means more to me than anything, so I value them.
