Review content:
I called this agency to try and help with the search for my sons housing in Santa Cruz. The first person I spoke to Liliana was helpful but unfortunately put me through to Shelley Lawrie. She asked the most ridiculous questions in quite the rudest manner I have encountered over the phone, questions such as ""Why are you calling me instead of your son if he needs housing?"" (My son works a full time job and had in fact called most of the rentals, it just so happened I called this one for him) Then she had follow up questions like ""What exactly is your son studying"" - not a general question like whats his major, Im sure if i had stayed on the phone she would have required his shoe size. The whole conversation was extremely rude and abrasive, she is VERY judgmental. Other agencies in the area have been extremely helpful, I would definitely advise against this one. If I could have given no stars to her I would have done
Pros: Never have to deal with her again
Cons: Worst phone manner EVER!
