I cannot recommend staying away from this company enough. My home warranty put me in touch with them, they agreed to install the stove the next Monday 8-12. Monday rolls around, 12:15, I call them and they say, oh, there was a mixup, now we'll do it Tuesday 8-12. Fine, mistakes happen, I'll take off another day of work. Tuesday, 12:15 rolls around, I call them again and they don't answer, so I leave a message. Call them an hour later, still no answer. Call my home warranty company, they call them, the guy picks up and says he'll have the office call me. They never call me. I leave another message asking the guy to call me, he never does. I've asked my home warranty company to reassign this job to someone who will actually do the work, and to never work with this company again. I guess it's better to do no job than doing a bad job, but I prefer to work with contractors who have some level of respect for their customers time.
Pros: They didn't actively damage anything
Cons: They never show up to do the work they say they will
