Review content:
The reason you will see mixed reviews about this location is because the manager (franchise owner?) Dolly, is absolutely delightful, full of fun, enthusiastic, willing to work within your budget, and extremely helpful.\r \r Her assistant is the exact opposite. She never even bothered to get up off her stool the 3 times I went into the store. Maybe she's disabled but I don't think so. \r \r I bought frames and lenses that were nearly $1,000 before my insurance kicked in (still over $600 even with insurance) and when I went to pick them up, Dolly was busy so unfortunately her assistant helped me. My glasses needed a bit of adjusting, and that girl proceeded to BEND THE FRAMES right in front of me! Did I mention they were nearly $1,000?!! I was horrified! And they still don't fit right but I could NOT bear to watch her bending them anymore. When I got home, they needed to be cleaned because she didn't clean them after manhandling them and I realized that I didn't even get cleaning solution or a cloth!\r \r Dolly, if you read this, I love my new frames and would send anyone and every there BUT you are doing yourself and your terrific shop a huge disservice by keeping that woman employed. If you're related, tell her nepotism went out with the dark ages and she needs to go sulk somewhere else.\r \r Bottom line? Wait for Dolly to assist you - you will get terrific results. If she's busy, walk out and come back later. Pros: Dolly and her excellent service Cons: Her assistant and her dreadful attitude
