What I would like to see is that when service is done on a vehicle it would be nice for the mechanic to look at other possible future maintenance issues that may arise if not attended to. I do not think this is ever done on any of my vehicles. Their was one incident on one of our vehicles where the belt broke and to have my car towed to shop and repaired. It was a good thing I had AAA to get vehicle towed but it would have been good as well if when my car was last serviced that the mechanic looked over some possible issues. I missed work in the morning and had to get my car towed from where it broke down. Other than this Hamzeh is an honest and good mechanic but Hamzeh...you may have your mechanics do this to avoid future incidents with your customers vehicles. I appreciate and would never go to anyone else but this shop. We have been going for over 20 years.
