A good friend took me here after seeing chef raphael lunetta on top chef. i must say that it truly is the best restaurant in santa monica. the service was amazing, the waiter and staff were very attentive and friendly. the food was truly incredible. my friend had the santa barbara rock shrimp, the lamb and the creme brulee trio which he absolutely loved and i had the butternut squash soup, the roasted chicken and the warm chocolate truffle cake which i also loved. the ambiance is amazing, we had a table upstairs where we were able to get a great view of the restaurant. what i especially loved was that they allowed my friend to take a tour of their kitchen seeing as he is a student in culinary arts. you really have to check jiraffe out. you definately will not be disappointed.
