Yes, it's true that this is a very nice restaurant and the food is excellent. Sadly, it wasn't enough for me. The service was really lacking. The waiter was rude and dismissive. He rushed us and an hour later apologized for forgetting to place the order. He apologized again and promised to buy us dessert. Which I really thought was kind of nice but he never came back to the table and I think he just left for the evening. We had to flag down another waiter for our bill. Our total time at Jiraffe for dinner on a week night was close to three hours. So, if you are looking for a restaurant where they serve good food and you don't mind being treated badly, this place is for you. Otherwise save your money, it's so NOT worth it.
