Our furnace was cycling on and off and not heating the house. We called Fancher and they came to the house but did not even take the panel off of the furnace to look at it and said it was the furnace filters were too thick! We have been using the same filters for 3 years, with no problem!\r

Needless to say the furnace still did not work correctly. We called them again the next day, on Saturday, and the owner said he would send someone out that had more ""experience"" The guy came and took the panel off of the furnace and cleaned a part and put it back together and the furnace worked fine. He was there 10 - 15 minutes.\r

We then got a bill in the mail for $259.20! I stopped by the store and asked why the bill was so high and the owner said it is because we had Saturday service, it was more than double the normal price. I said it should have been fixed on Friday, the only reason someone had to come back on Saturday is because it was not fixed properly on Friday, you said you sent someone with not much experience on Friday. He had a grin on his face the whole time I was talking to him and then said, oh well that is what the bill is, and started laughing at me!\r

I walked out of there fuming. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I am not paying the $260.00, I am paying them $100.00. Take it or leave it for 10 to 15 minuted work!
