were scheduled to come out between 1 and 5. showed up at 530 after me calling several times asking what was going on. Tech. came in with a horrible attitude, didn't even touch appliance and started using profanity. didnt want to work on the machine at all. I called the office and was told that they would send someone else out the next day. That never happened. I then went into the office in person. I was talking to a guy in the office about the prolem I have had with them and he gave me even more attitude. He then answered a phone call in front of me and walked away into his office for over 15 minutes talking on the phone. I got extremly upset and outraged . I can't believe the rudeness and poor business procedures.
