NEVER use Casini's Appliance. They came out to fix my dryer. The tech replaced the coils...said they were bad. I used the dryer after he left. On only the second load it stopped working again. I called back....they set three (3) different appointment times. The first two they just didn't show up. The third one they arrived so late that the person I had waiting for them had to leave. I called to demand the tech come back out and they didn't even return my call. I had to call another company. He was great and very honest. He said that it appeared that the coils had not even been replaced. He called Casini's directly for me. He told them that if in fact the coils were new, they should be covered under protection warranty. If not, I was owed new ones. He asked them to contact me to reschedule service. Never heard from them. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. The BBB contacted them 3 times; no response at all. I was charged $200.00 and still could not use the dryer.
