Review content:
This is a really great gym. I've taken plenty of pilates classes at the froufrou clubs, and nothing compares to the instruction at the athletic club for women. Whether it's group classes or private, I just get more out of my workout there. It's great for an ""advanced"" session, but the emphasis on correct technique and proper form make it really good for beginners as well. There are a number of excellent personal trainers and a warm atmosphere - including nice, friendly members. I think you'll really enjoy working out there - I would recommend it.
