Review content:
I received the referral to this dentist thorough my insurance company, my child's primary dentist office. I made an appointment for 8/27/08, gave my child's information. On the day of appointment after an hour of waiting the receptionist informs me my child is not listed on their eligibility list and I need to contact my insurance company. I went home called the insurance company and they informed me this office was my primary office and that they would fax them the eligibility information. I was to call back and rescheduled the appointment. I did for 8/6/08 at 9:00a.m. I then called on Monday 8/4/06 to verify the appointment for 8/6/06 at 9:00a.m. When I went in, after 45 minutes of waiting they informed me my appointment was on 8/13/06. I later found out, they triple booked the appointments and dentist can only see a specific number of patients per day and they lied to me. I do not recommend this dentist office, they are truly unprofessional.
