Review content:
Rotha's Formal and Tuxedo offers beautiful wedding dresses, prom gowns, pageant dresses, mother of the bride dresses, etc. Her prices are comparable to other locally owned formal shops in the area. She is also associated with the NC Model Pageant. I did the pageant when I was a pre-teen. It helps to build pose and confidence. I enjoyed the experience. Worth a trip to the city of the "Big Chair" when searching for that special dress.
