Review content:
The Jug Handle Inn was the worst dining experience I had ever encountered. The crowd in the downstairs portion of the establishment was loud and foul mouthed especially around the pool table facilities. I tried complaining to the bartender regarding this distraction and I was told to either exit to the outside deck which I believe was a smokers deck and I am not a smoker or go to the upstairs bar which was so crowded and less than standing room only, which was the reason for myself and my party settling on the basement. I had asked to speak to the owner and I was told that she did not have time for me. Great customer service. I will not be recommending the Jug Handle Inn to anyone in the near future for any future for that matter.
