I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about or what happened. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my service here. I had some software issues, even though I had bought my computer from Best Buy and I was told by Hewlett Packard to bring my PC to High Performance Computers. It was a small little place that was a little hidden but the service was top notch, my lap top was in warranty so they didn't charge me a dime. I even brought my HP printer in for service the next week(this wasn't in service) and they took care of all my problems promptly. They called me before they started working on my printer and within 24hrs my printer was back at home printing again.
I must admit the store is jam packed with printers and computers but to me that just shows that they do a lot of servicing and repairs.
Great little place. Excellent Service. Excellent Turn-around time.
