Review content:
After scheduling the annual tune-up, the weather just did not cooperate. Neal stayed in close contact and did everything to schedule around my schedule and get it done. Even when it did finally stop raining, it was still too cold. Neal came out and did what he could and came back the next week to finish up checking the a/c. He gave great advice and I feel like he is an "honest joe". Thank you Neal. You are my go to guy now for anything HVAC. :)
