On August 9, 2007 I had my 1995 Mercry Villager towe into their shop to be fixed and my father in law agreed to have the bill to be added to his personal account for him to pay. He spoke with Kelley and Steve ( the owner) the same day as the van was towed in to have them add the bill to his account and he was told that would be fine. I and my father-in law called every day for 5 days to find out the status of my van and was always told they would call us back and they never returned our phone call but twice. On the fifth day 09/16/2007, when I called to find out if they had any news and if possibly they could put a hurry on the repairs since they had came to a conclusion that the van needed hoses and a new battery and to fix a fuel leak, if I could pick up the van later that afternoon, after they closed/ I was then told that they needed the bill payed in full before they would release the van. I told Kelly that they were to be adding the bill to my father in laws account. She goes onto say that he no longer has an account with them and that we had to pay the bill in full before they would release the vehicle. My father in law speaks with Kelly and they refused to help him, or to let him speak directly with Steve' the owner. He was never told or received any letter from the company stating that he no longer had an account with them and was never told the 5 times during the course of times he called during the week that he called about my van. He had always paid his accounts on time and was never late on payments. Besides being way overpriced on there labor and equipment they are more that 25 miles away from my home. Our bill will be over $700 for a battery, fuel line repair, and some new hoses, I feel that I could have gotten these repairs done alot cheaper and in a more timely manner. We will get my van back on 08/27/2007, but we will never return to his shop and I will fair warn anyone about there high prices and slow repairs and bad business practices
