unbelievable experience at this office. At first when I walked in it looked nice and professional, the desk clerk was the usual, sign here - can I have your insurance card. Not excited to be at her job but most people in that position are not. The Dr. was good, the nurse who took my blood pressure was nice. But the Dr. could'nt make a decision and referred me to another specialist. In the meantime waiting for an appt I ran out of anti depressants. He was on vacation and no-one in the office was ""comfortable enough"" to write a script without him . I went through withdrawals for 3 days and finally got an appt. with my old Dr. who thank god took me back. Unbelievable service to try and get anyone on the phone over there and when you finally do it is like you are annoying them. Not worth the copay- oh and to add insult to injury, they even overcharged me on that! Never go here if you want someone to care about your health - all they care about is stacking appointments.
