Review content:
I experienced waiting to be seen for over an hour, changing my primary care doctor without notifying me, and extreme changes in my care plan after the switch to a new care provider.
After being switched to a new MD in the clinic, I was required see the doctor twice as often and suddenly take a multitude of uncomfortable and costly tests as part of my annual plan that I had never taken in all the years before. No answer was given on why this was not part of my care before, if it was necessary?
I have a new MD now and I am back on the old plan of care where I come in once a year for a standard annual check-up and they call in my refills with out requiring a multitude of costly tests and visits.
If you want to have unnecessary test ran, pay twice what you need, to wait around for an hour, and have your primary care doctor leave the clinic without so much as a letter: this is the place for you.
I bet my old MD left to go to a more reputable establishment.
