I treated myself to a message on Wednesday and had the pleasure to see the entire facility. I love the set up. You can take a kickboxing class, treat your self to yoga and finish it all off with an adjustment tan the most awesome message by the masseuse Darlene. She has the most amazing magical fingers. I have the worst Fibromyalgia/ stress knots in the world and she really knows how to work the knots away. I'll be back to their one stop shop den of relaxation . Thanks guys
