If I need someone who will find me another condo to live in here around Miami, I'll call for dario again and again. He's great with following my preferences from the facilities up to the commercial areas i basically need. Provided him a list of all my needs and wants from where i will be living in (this was from last year) then he provided me a list on where i can find everything i need. So... in short, I am living in the place where i want to be, happy with my choice and yes, i'll be calling him again when I need his service. Great realtor. Thanks Dario! ?
