Absolutely SHOCKING treatment by front desk imbicile.\r
Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Monday ""by appointment only"" booking. Showed up to a dark building - nobody inside! Decided to wait & half an hour later, the front desk guy arrives without a clue that I had an appointment. I stayed calm & accepted to reschedule for 2 days time - the only time I had left before my vacation. I had to ask if he could give me something for my trouble that day (driving 45min to get there) and all he offered was a 15min extension on the time. Come Wednesday, I get a call saying that they are closing early due to weather and if I could come earlier. I said that at the earliest I could be there 1.5hrs before the appointment time, but apparently that was still insufficient since they asked that I reschedule. I called to speak to the owner & she was out of town, so only had the guy to speak with who continued to speak over me & rattle off excuses.\r
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS INCONSIDERATE BUSINESS!
