ABSOLUTELY NONPROFESSIONAL!! I made an appointment for all three of my children in October. My appointment for Nov the 23 was confirmed and I even asked the people there if they were sure they would be open. The response....oh yes no worries we will be happy to see you soon!! The truth.......not a soul was there when I showed up!! Then to add insult to injury less then a week before my appointment I am called and told that my oldest wouldn't be seen because of insurance!!! Seriously couldn't tell me that three months ago and quit wasting my time!! I will be informing all that I see that have children of how much of my time you wasted, and how you have aided in changing my children's opinion of the dentist!! My daughter was looking forward to her appointment until I got to tell her that the DENTIST DOESN'T CARE TO SEE HER!! Wow Truckee Pediatric Dentistry your dropped the bomb!! I thought not showing up for your own appointments was bad enough!!!
