I've been going to Berkeley Motor Works for 6 years, since my car was a year old and I decided the "free" BMW service was not sufficient. Mike knows BMW's inside and out and he and his staff are friendly and helpful. If you want a ride to BART, they'll take you. If you need the car done by 3, they'll do it. It is so nice these days to talk to someone who knows cars and knows the work being done on your car, rather than someone who is two people removed from a mechanic. Mike is good at advising you of needed repairs and repairs that can wait. I've never had any problem with either work done on my car or on any bill. If I did, I'm sure Mike would address it.
