Saad (owner) is a very nice guy. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. I took my car in for 2 very specific problems. Over $2000 later, I have the same 2 problems, and I have had 3 different mechanics tell me that the work that Action One completed was most likely not necessary. Extremely frustrating. I enjoyed working with Saad, but I think the guys that are diagnosing the problems and doing the work could use additional training. In the future I would have to get a second opinion after Action One provides a diagnosis.
