I had another attorney handling my case but I switched because they never got back to me. When I met William Kroger, he was very polite and quickly answered any questions I had. He was very lenient about the payments and even worked out a payment plan with me. He even took some money off my bill because I had spent a lot on the previous attorney.
They had great customer service. Juan was the guy I talked to over the phone and he was a really awesome guy. He would get back to me right away and tried to answer all of my questions. They would remind me about any court dates that I needed to be at. He got my case dismissed and all the charges dropped.
