Prepare to wait 2 hrs for a 15 min appt or a 45 min appt. Prepare to ask staff for copy of chart so you can have your own records (just in case). Prepare to not take Dr's insensitive comments in a less than appealing way even though you are shot full of artificial hormones and are seeking treatments for a super sensitive issue. And if paying cash, prepare not to recieve an itemized bill for services nor receive any list of costs upon request for costs or policies for payment. \r
Overall satisfied with medical procedures, but very dissatisfied with level of service from front desk and level of respect from Doctor.
