Review content:
I have an iMac that was running slowly. They said they would check it out, and that it would take 3 days. They called me on the 4th day to say they were starting to work on it, and on the 6th day they called to say it had a ""virus"" they could not remove. They recommended formatting the hard-drive and re-installing the operating system (for a price). I asked if there was a way to get around the format and also about an upgrade, since I was re-installing anyway. They said yes, but then at a very inflated price. I didn't want to have to re-install all of my programs, so I decided to bring it back home and try to get by ""as it was."" When I got it home, nothing worked properly. My anti-virus program had been uninstalled, the firewall was disabled, and it would no longer connect to he internet. My entire system was now unusable. I called and asked if they had any recommendations. The person I spoke to was VERY rude. I tried to tell them that they never told me they might cause my system to be unusual, or that they DID cause it to be unusual. Every effort to communicate was met with a hostile angry tone. I didn't expect a miracle. If they can't fix it, fine. Just be honest. Call me very disappointed, and a tad angry. I will NOT use them again.
