Review content:
We had a horrible experience at this theatre on 12/26/2009. My pregnant wife and I were hoping to enjoy a 5:15pm show (last movie outing before parenthood). We purchased 2 seats for Sherlock Holmes but every time (3) we tried to sit down we were told that the seats were taken. We basically could not get a seat together. After waiting in line to speak to a manager, the guy on duty (Mike, bald head) showed absolutely no sympathy and told us we would have to pay the evening price upgrade for a later show. We purchased tickets for a showing where we could not get seats together and he said ""look, I'll walk you in there to find seats but we're not guaranteeing you'll sit together"" and then walked away. Seriously, what kind of treatment is that? And why would we want to watch this movie in separate seats? It really ruined our last likely evening out pre-parenthood. Pros: Cheap matinees Cons: Bad management
