Review content:
I recently had my first appointment to Plaza Lane Optometry. I am a student at UCSC, and needed to find a place for new glasses here in town. I worked somewhat near to plaza lane and had always noticed how nice the store looked from the outside. The doctor that saw me was extremely personable, friendly and considerate to my needs.\r \r As a student I needed to get the most out of my insurance benefits, and the staff assisted me in doing so. I got a great frame, at a good price. I did not experience the same problems as the other reviewer, the staff was knowledgeable, and were very patient considering how indecisive I am about picking out a frame. The frames they had in their office were more one of a kind looking than the cookie cutters you find elsewhere.
