Review content:
My experience with this company has been an utter disappointment. From their complete lack of communication to the utter disregard for the tenants they supposedly work for. Failing to successfully complete repairs, or even respond when requested, lying to, disrespecting, and being generally condescending to their tenants. The apartment I rented was in a building that apparently went into foreclosure because they hadn't been paying the bill, but luckily was purchased 2 weeks before auction. No one in the complex was notified a new property management company was taking over until 10 days after it took place. In my opinion, they treat their tenants like second class citizens, harass them, and discriminate against them. It's surprising because the owner is on the Chamber of Commerce, of course, when you learn they hire people into their staff that don't even know how to read a nutrition label...it's not so surprising after all.
