All, Am a current resident of this apartment. The maintenance of this apartment is really poor that, no one is really bothered to fix a issue thats burning for a long time now. Neither the local guys nor the company themselves.\r

One example : The elevator in one of the building is down for almost 2 months now and still nothing has been done to fix it. Imagine the situation of old couples staying alone, childrens and all others who bring in stuff to their homes. Its a nightmare to use the stairs for all daily needs especially in a high rise building like this one.\r

Whatever may be the reason, two month is a longer duration to get the issuse fixed.\r

This is only a recent example. There could be many that every inmate would suffer.
